the long-lost jj rasmussen live production audio set has been found!!! this mixtape is a live pa recording that jj had been working on back in the latter half of 2004. unfortunately, many of the backups and original mixdowns of the individual tracks found on this album have been lost, making this is the last recording known to exist. for more of his production work you can click here to check out the myspace page. hey everybody! back in mid-december we released a limited special edition 50 minute journey into the deepesque and funkalicious. as a side note the title was also inspired by one of the most incredibly hilarious stories ever told about one of our residents. (see if you can guess which one!) due to the incredible popularity and amazing feedback we received about this mix, we've decided to release the original version on the website along with the tracklisting especially for all you beat junkies out there. there is talk of turning the original 50 minutes into a full-length 80 minute marathon of funk but this can neither be confirmed or denied at the present time. for now, enjoy these beats and be ready for a new season of fmh radio. much love.
